Ok, but we don't see KT133A mobos with Athlon/Duron and 55.7=1
to fail always. It can start failing with faster CPU, different
memory or once in a blue moon - nobody knows.

It is better to turn that bit off for good,
unless VIA and BIOS writers will enlighten
us what is 55.7 (and 55.6-0 too).
