Subject[PATCH] const initdata, part 2.

This patch changes all the other occurances of const __initdata that
a quick grep revealed. Will split up into pieces and send to
appropriate maintainers tomorrow. (This seemed better than bombing
l-k with ~40 seperate related mails).
