Subject[PATCH] Remove obsolete drivers/net/tokenring/ibmtr.h
Neither ibmtr.c or ibmtr_cs.c use the drivers/net/tokenring/ibmtr.h header
file anymore. They both use include/linux/ibmtr.h

Here is the patch to remove the obsolete file.

This is the start of the updates to bring ibmtr/ibmtr_cs up to date. I'll
try to break each patch down to as small a size as possible.

Or, of course, a swift rm drivers/net/tokenring/ibmtr.h would do just as
nicely.

Thanks
Mike Phillips
