Petr, while you are at it, care to merge the following patch? It cleans up
both SMBFS and NCPFS side of this business and removes crap from
dcache.c. It's against vanilla 2.4.2, but it should apply at least to
2.4.3-pre2 - none of the relevant areas are affected.
