SubjectRe: 2.2.18 IDE tape problem, with ide-scsi
11,3 is "Multiple read errors". You can find all of the ASC and ASCQ
listed in any SCSI spec document. You can find the SCSI-2 specs at
<ftp://ftp.t10.org/t10/drafts/s2/s2-r10l.pdf>.
