rpm -Uvh ftp://ftp.stearns.org/pub/wstearns/buildkernel/buildkernel-1.05-1.noarch.rpm<Enter>
buildkernel 2.2.19 --BKOPENFRESH=YES<Enter>

Buildkernel will lead you through the process.
