This is almost certainly the HIGHMEM code I added recently. Can you do some testing for me? Enable PROM_DEBUG_CONSOLE in arch/sparc/kernel/setup.c and log the output. What cpus are in this machine?

This is expected since you arent using any highmem pages with mem=192m.
