Hello, Currently on IA-32 boot/tools/build has limit of max compressed kernel of 2.5mb. I had been wondering what's the reason for this?
I had been trying to build has-all, non-module kernel and I ran across this limit. Disabling the check in build.c and recompiling the kernel would work fine and such "oversized" kernel still would boot for me with no problems.
