It is an 800MHz Athlon. I have used a temperture probe
and it was always cool. I have no idea on the dram timings.
But I didn't change anything there.

There are some of the BIOS settings:

***** SDRAM Timing *****
Configure Timing by SPD Disabled
PH limit 32 cycles
Idle cycle limit 8 cycles
TRP SRAS Precharge 3 cycles
TRAS timing 5 cycles
CAS latency 3 cycles

TRC bank cycle timing 8 cycles
TRCD timing 2 cycles
Super Bypass mode Disabled

DRAM Integrity mode Disabled
DRAM Burst Refresh Enabled
Memory hole Disabled
Graphics aperture size 64MB
MDA support No
USB function Enabled

Well, it has pc100 dimms. It is a Microstar MS6195 motherboard.
The L1/L2 caches are 128KB/512KB, but I don't know any more
about that.
