    IRQ routing (including CardBus) should be reliable now modulo cases when people
    use ISA cards and the BIOS forgets to tell us that the IRQ has been set up to
    be ISA only (all such situations can be worked around by specifying the PCI IRQ
    mask manually on the kernel command line).
