This is a simple one, more or less, on the surface. The immediate culprit is the -Werror flag in the top level Makefile. I'm not sure I feel safe, however, taking that flag out. There must have been a good reason to have it there.
I got this exact same error myself, so I guess there's no need to paste it in, eh? I had the agpgart stuff defined as a module.
