I think the ninth port has to end in 6 on any reasonable hardware design you can imagine, so try
ide2=0xb000,0xb406 ide3=0xbc00,0xc006
instead. If that fails too, try setting it to 0x0 (or omit it altogether) - the driver can do without the ninth port, AFAIK.
