The INIT of 'tp->tx_lock = SPIN_LOCK_UNLOCKED;' is not early enough! If it is not set prior to the first "tulip_outl_CSR6(...)" callout..... KABOOM......OOPS............CRASH!!!!!
Bundled this earlier to Linus and it never made it........
