I vote moron ... hes within a day's drive of MS though.
ISP can be contacted at: 1-800-356-LOOK (5665) Considering it's been the same dork with no response to complaint emails the isp is looking spam friendly. Lets cost them a bit and see if they hurry up and terminate this loser. Gerhard
