SubjectNo tcp connection establishment with 2.4
[Summary]
No tcp connection establishment with 2.4

[Description]
I know these sites use some versions of linux:

www.libero.it
www.iol.it
www.arianna.it

and some other outside Italy.

The problem is that the kernel 2.4 can't establish a tcp
connection with these sites. The command "netstat -ta"
reports a SYN_SENT and nothing else (after some time
there is a connection time out). If I try to connect
using kernel 2.2 (or Win) all goes well.
