I got it to build on glibc-2.1. Patch below. I only needed to run it
once to install Linux on a Sun machine, so it would need a bit more
work before it could be merged into Alexey's rarpd. But it shows what
needs to be done; most of it renames struct ifaddr to ifaddress to
avoid a clash with something in the glibc headers.
