(Sorry, I missed the original message so I'll follow up to Alan's
reply.)

There's a FAT/VFAT/FAT32 fsck in dosfstools at
ftp.uni-erlangen.de:/pub/Linux/LOCAL/dosfstools
at least according to the Debian package for it that I have installed
here.
