Its probably worth noting here that DPT made the mistake of using license trapped include files from the I2O sig. Everything I understand is that it is there wish that the code could be in the kernel. You do get full source to their DPT specific I2O driver too.

And ICP Vortex have been supported with all the utils on Linux too for a long time etc. There is plenty of choice
