G'day all,
I have in my machine 2 ide drives and 1 Ultra2 scsi drive. I would like to install linux on the ultra2 scsi drive. Booting with the default kernel works fine, but when I tried using the new kernel it boots up and stops at "LI". I have read one of the RH FAQ's that said that I should make the SCSI drive ID 0, or create a /boot partition at the start of the drive. I was just wandering would either of these solve my problem, or is there something else that could be wrong ?
Cheers Mof.
