SubjectOops from 2.2.5 - please read

I have been pulling my hair out with crashes on 2.2.5-2.2.10 on our
nameservers. They happen every 4-48 hours. I have posted partial Oops to
the list before, but this time I copied down everything, so please have a
look at it, their is definitly something the matter.

A little about this machine:

PII 350 Intel 440BX - 82443BX Host (rev 3).
Intel 440BX - 82443BX AGP (rev 3).
Intel 82371AB PIIX4 ISA (rev 2).
Intel 82371AB PIIX4 IDE (rev 1).
Intel 82371AB PIIX4 USB (rev 1).
Intel 82371AB PIIX4 ACPI (rev 2).

Adaptec 2940UW Adaptec AIC-7881U (rev 0).
Kingston KNE100TX DEC DC21140 (rev 34).

128MB SDRAM

Runs BIND 8.x and has software RAID1 (which i have disabled and still
gotten the Oops).

Here is the Oops. Please tell me if you need *any* more information, or
what I can do to better help get the information you all need on this, it
bites me quite often so the next crash is always just around the corner:
