Don't do it, then.
It is bad idea to swap onto 1) file on nfs system 2) loop device 3) raid device 4) network (without special patches), special patches allow swapping over nbd
Don't try to swap over first thing you find. IT WILL NOT WORK. Maybe this should be documented somewhere?
