Subject[ext2 Oops] Removing a big file made an oops !
[1.] One line summary of the problem:
Removing a big file made an oops !

==========================================================================
[2.] Full description of the problem/report:
I have tried to remove a file (an iso9660 image) on a ext2fs partition
with rm and the kernel made a Oops. The file was nonetheless removed
but its disk space remained.
(The file size was approximately 580 MB)
The bug is non reproducible (in fact I have not succeeded).

==========================================================================
[3.] Keywords (i.e., modules, networking, kernel):
ext2fs, big file, rm

==========================================================================
[4.] Kernel version (from /proc/version):
Linux version 2.2.7 (root@mathieu) (gcc version 2.7.2.3) #1 Thu Apr 29
00:10:19 CEST 1999

==========================================================================
[5.] Output of Oops.. message (if applicable) with symbolic information
resolved (see Documentation/oops-tracing.txt)

Options used: -v /usr/src/linux/vmlinux (specified)
-o /lib/modules/2.2.7/ (default)
-k /proc/ksyms (default)
-l /proc/modules (default)
-m /usr/src/linux/System.map (default)
-c 1 (default)

Warning in compare_ksyms_lsmod, module nfs is in lsmod but not in ksyms, probably no symbols exported

[6.] A small shell script or example program which triggers the
problem (if possible)
Non-applicable here, just do rm file.
