    Just a quick report:

    # rmmod fat
    rmmod: fat is in use
    # lsmod
    Module Size Used by
    nls_cp437 3548 0 (autoclean)
    msdos 8220 0 (autoclean)
    fat 25600 0 (autoclean) [msdos]
    # u

    unknown

    shouldn't the usage count be >0 ?
