Which, incidentally, wasn't in the internet-drafts index because it was recently published as RFC 2553.
Aside from the DNS section of the document, the changes are pretty much limited to dorking around with typedefs (changing the type of sin6_family to sa_family_t, etc.). This hardly makes it a standard-of-the-week.
