Subject2.2.4 binfmt_aout unresolved symbol close_fp.
It looks to me like close_fp isn't exported:

sidekick:~# depmod -ae
/lib/modules/2.2.4/fs/binfmt_aout.o: unresolved symbol(s)
close_fp
sidekick:~# grep close_fp /boot/System.map-2.2.4
c0126b20 T close_fp
