Grab prepatch 2.2.2-1 and check out Documentation/kbuild/commands.txt.
It's not complete but I'm working on it.

BTW, I am writing the documentation to favor the 'bz' commands as the
normal case and the 'z' commands as the marked case for people who need
them or want them.
