    SubjectKernel panic: can't push onto full stack
    Hello,

    I have been getting this error message quite frequently on 3 similarly
    configured machines. After the kernel panics, the machine is still
    pingable and seems to almost establish tcp connections, but
    just hangs. All services running on the machines no longer function.
    What exactly does this error mean? The machines have plenty of ram and
    never use the swap space due to the large amount of ram.

    Hardware in use:
    Tyan dual processor motherboard (1836DLU) w/ 2 pentium II 400 processors
    1 machine has 256 megs of PC100 SDRAM
    1 machine has 256 megs of ECC PC100 SDRAM
    1 machine has 512 megs of ECC PC100 SDRAM
    All 3 machines are SCSI with IBM 4.5gig drives
    3com 905b cards

    Software in use:
    kernel 2.2.2
    apache 1.3.4 w/ fast cgi
    MySQL 3.22.16gamma
