1) upgrade net tools for the misprint of collisions and
2) upgrade the tulip.c driver for the rest.

the stock tulip.c driver in the kernel is broken. you can grab a new
version of it from ftp://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/pub/linux/drivers/

try version .90q
