Hmm.. Didn't work at all for me.

Perhaps an incompatibility w/ iproute2-2.2.4-now-ss990824.tar.gz?

It looks like it does all of it's rules as bounded, which is no good for
my use anyways. I'll get in touch with him.

I wish it did ingress policing, I'm still trying to figure that out. :)
