Subjectbug in 2.2.0-final with pipes and /proc/self/fd/N
Date
From

In 2.2.0-final, if standard output is a pipe, /proc/self/fd/1 can be
stat()ed successfully, but attempting to open it again fails with
ENOENT.

Example:

$ sh | cat
exec 3>/proc/self/fd/1
sh: /proc/self/fd/1: No such file or directory
