These two symbols are missing in global export list in the case, when IPv6 is not modular.
Mea culpa. I disabled modular IPv6 and this fact became explicit.
I am sorry, I have no time now to fix reference counting and module unloading on IPv6. In its current state IPv6 cannot be modular in 2.2, it would only discredite it.

Actually, it is enough, if it was possible to inhibit module unloading, no matter what value reference count has.
