These two symbols are missing in global export list in the case,
when IPv6 is not modular.

Mea culpa. I disabled modular IPv6 and this fact became explicit.

I am sorry, I have no time now to fix reference counting and module
unloading on IPv6. In its current state IPv6 cannot be modular in 2.2,
it would only discredite it.

**** It would be great if some volunteer did (and testes) it! ****

Actually, it is enough, if it was possible to inhibit module
unloading, no matter what value reference count has.
