in 2.1.119 the ni65 ethernet driver module is broken. the module loads fine and detects my card, but trying to configure the interface I get
# ifconfig eth0 10.2.170.191 broadcast 10.2.170.255 netmask 255.255.255.0 up SIOCSIFADDR: No such device SIOCSIFBRDADDR: No such device SIOCSIFNETMASK: No such device
compiling the driver into the kernel `fixes' this problem...
