Buying bonds is an inhearently dangerous thing. You can get screwed buying the best.
Using your computer shouldn't be dangerous.
This is like if his car's low fuel indicator came on and he put in Hess brand gas insted of Texaco and it fried his engine.. In the worst case it should have just required the tank being drained..
