With mem=8M, freepages = 20 40 60, inode-max= 300
compile-time = 82 minutes
compaired to previous report,
mem=8M, freepages = 20 40 60, inode-max = 4096(default)
compile-time = 92 minutes

The decrease in swapping was quite noticeable.
