I got the patches and build a new tcpdump, but I am
not sure if the necessary patches are actually included
in the new binary.

I have a new tcpdump log of a stalled transfer, which I'll
attach.

In case the log is not conclusive, I need a few more instructions
regarding the build of the patched tcpdump!!
