What you say, ipv4 seems a bit faster - what do you mean by a bit
faster? Can you quantify this?

I ask this, because for some odd reason, my machine is dropping ACKs
before they hit the wire - resulting is abysmal TCP performance, but
if I slow the machine down, it works great.

I've yet to convincingly find anyone else who see the same thing...
