SubjectRe: How to slow down TCP/IP in 2.1.108-now
Perhaps page (in, say the C library) that is used for networking
functions got swapped out? That could do it.... I haven't had that
problem since at least 2.1.90, though.

And you could try upgrading to 2.1.119-pre1, since that is MUCH newer
than 2.1.108 :) It should behave much better on low memory machines.
