Problem is, if you consider that a posting to linux-kernel where linux-kernel is not in the header recipients a spam posting, you are bound to reject legitimate postings, including, but not limited to, blind ccs to linux-kernel and postings to linux-kernel which, for one reason or another, get to the list through some alias expansion.
