    Shouldn't the FIN allocation/send be pushed to a timer in this case, try
    every second until success ?

    socket is locked, and we must do it from a user context so he goes to
    sleep awaiting a free page, we can't return from the close until the
    FIN gets allocated and is in the send queueing system...
