if that is from string.h, I have a solution for it (it works...) there are two lines in /usr/src/linux/include/(asm?)/string.h that looks like
switch(n % 4) { case 0: case 1: case 2: case 3: }
and egcs warnes that the control reaches the end of blah-blah-.... I changed "case 3" to "default" and no problem from that point.
