There is one other thing we really need here. Given the AMD K6 bug and the
fact AMD are it seems choosing to ignore all email on the segment bug that
lets any user lock up the K6 we ought to check for a K6 and refuse to let
anyone but root add LDT entries. That way the chip isnt crashable by
normal users in 2.1.x
