Subject2.1.110-3 dies

Pre-patch 3 of 2.1.110 dies during IO-APIC setup on my Tyan Tomcat IV with
two Pentium 133's.

ENABLING IO-APIC IRQs
init IO_APIC IRQs
IO-APIC pin 0, 20, 21, 22, 23 not connected.
