/proc is a virtual filesystem,and my humble knowledge says that no filespace is taken for it,since files that produce that info are created on the fly and besides there is no mount point for proc..ever seen it anywhere when you do a df -k ?:)
i;m sure someone can give a more detailed and probably more correct answer than mine...
