Subjectre: Limits in the kernel
heh, yeah it would be wiser, and much more flexible to keep it in user
land.

Like I said this patch was just a quick hack to fix a problem.

It, and many other /proc/sys/secure hacks I have done need to be done
in user space.

Just I new that this would work for sure, until I had time to do it
properly. :)
