win98 has this *feature*, a little different in that it's application
specific. (Eg: run Netscape and see what blocks are accessed, defrag all
of them for linear access the next time)

Well, MS didn't come up with this kinda nice idea either... intel had
an application for win95 that did this and MS *integrated* it into their
OS :)

and so on.....
