I can't say that I am. I'm using the vanilla 2.1.106, IDE drives (BX mobo), SMP, PII-233, 192MB ram. And I'm beating it fairly hard (at least hd i/o) [ I've been recompiling glibc-2.0.94 over and over and over with make -j4 ].
I've been running a load avg of around 5 or so for the past one day with no ill effects. I just took the system down to single user and run a manual fsck on all my partitions and they all look fine!
