...and I think that this set of headers and this hack library should
be named glibc, but only iff _LINUX_SOURCE is defined. (Or this magic
hack enabler should be _LINUX_I_PROMISE_I_KNOW_I_AM_DOING_BAD_THING,
if you prefer. But it still should be right there in glibc.)

BTW it might be nice to introduce some kind of __s8, __s16 etc on all
glibc systems. So that we do not have _every_ application working with
network have to autoconfigure for them.
