I have some strange results to report. With 2.1.103+prepatch-2.1.104,
whenever a.out is executed I get a
segmentation fault. With 2.0.33+prepatch-2.0.34-16 I get locked
up until hard reset of the computer. The program was compiled
and linked while pre-2.1.104 was running.
Tried the same process while pre-2.0.34 was running and got the
same results. My hardware didn't change between runs, but the
new kernel prevents lockup.
