No, since ssh is not running on the 2.1.103 kernel. The setup is as
follows:


valour <----- myrddin <----- remote.machine
2.1.103 amd 2.0.32 ssh OSF/1
knfsd

The problems are occuring on valour.

I will try to narrow down the situations under which this problem does
and does not occur.
