Sorry to burst in on your thread ;o)

I experience these kinds of lockups on a 2.0.33 machine - usually a week
between the lockups. No logfile-entry, no oops, no nothing - even the
display "dies". I have turned off the screenblanking to see if there is
written anything to the console - no luck (yet!) Therefore I wonder ...
